Ladon for Python

From Ladon Webservice

Jump to: navigation, search

The Ladon framework and concept exists is implemented for both Python and PHP. The Python framework offers a very simple approach to exposing class methods using the power of decorators. The use of a decorator is unique for the Python version as PHP does not have a similar language concept. The name of the decorator is *ladonize*. It "magically" parses the method being exposed, all it's doc-strings and it's type dependencies and stores the information in a global service collection object.

When all exposed methods have been ladonized the framework can use the information to present webservice descriptions (like WSDL), check incomming types and to render the Ladon Service Catalog.
